Oil from tank E1n in controllable quantity is pumped over by pump N3n through heat exchangers T32d and T4n where oil is heated up to the demanded temperature by deodorized oil and steam respectively. Estimated amount of phosphoric acids solution is mixed with heated oil. Intensive mixture is provided by dynamic mixer M7n. During treatment by acid nonhydratable phosphatides are transferred to hydratable form. The necessary time for this reaction is provided in tank E8n. The solution of phosphoric acids moves from tank E5n by pump N6n. Then oil is transferred through heat exchangers T9n and T10n where it is cooled with oil and water for reduction of saponification of neutral oil. The estimated amount of alkali solution is mixed with cooled oil for neutralization of free fatty acids and surplus phosphoric acids. Intensive mixture is made in dynamic mixer M14n. Then oil moves in tank E15n for conditioning. From tank E15n oil is pumped over by pump N16n through heat exchangers T9n and T17n where oil is a heated up to necessary temperature for separation. Then oil moves to self-discharging separator C23n in which oil is separated from gums/soapstock. Thus soapstock with gums and non-fatty admixtures is removed to tank E24n, and oil moves for washing. Soapstock from tank E24n is periodically removed by pump N25n to storage. Cold softened water which is necessary for separator’s operation is pumped over from tank E18n by pump N19n. Hot softened water which is necessary for separator’s operation is pumped over from tank E20n by pump N21n. Direct steam is brought into tank E20n for regulation of hot water temperature. The fat-containing water generated during operation of separator C23n is drained to grease catcher G26n. The neutralized oil is transferred to heat exchanger T30n where it is heated up to 90-95ºC with low pressure steam. Heated oil is mixed with hot softened water. Mixing is made in dynamic mixer M31n. The oil and water mixture moves to separator C32n. The washed oil is transferred to the initial tank of bleaching line E1o, an fat-containing water is transferred to the grease catcher G26n. From grease catcher oil is pumped over to tank E1n by pump N27n, and water is poured to the outer grease catcher.
